I recently spent three days at Aroma Tulum & Beach Club, seeking a bit of tranquility amidst my busy teaching schedule. The outdoor swimming pool offered a nice spot for sunbathing, with the Caribbean sun providing a soothing backdrop. I particularly enjoyed the terrace space that allowed for unwinding in a serene environment. While the multilingual staff were amicable, communication was a bit strained at times. A highlight was the availability of bicycles for exploring the area, making it easy to venture towards the beach while taking in the local atmosphere. The spa services were appreciated but could have been more prominently featured. The hotel presents a good option for those wanting a laid-back getaway in downtown Tulum, though perhaps not quite suited for those seeking a lively beach scene.
